Andrew Godoy DDS
Dr. Andrew Godoy attended the University of California, Riverside where he graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. After obtaining his Bachelor degree, he was accepted into the University of the Pacific Pre-dental Post Bachelorette Program which helped solidify his passion towards dentistry. He then went on to the University Of Southern California (USC) and graduated on the Dean’s List with a Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2018. He is fluent in Spanish and is a proud member of the WhiteCap Academy of Implant Dentistry, American Dental Association, Ontario Dental Association, and Delta Sigma Delta dental fraternity. He spends his time keeping up with recent dental technology and updates in the field. Dr. Godoy focuses on explaining procedures and places extreme value in educating his patients on dental treatment including how to avoid problems from reoccurring in the future.
In his spare time, Dr. Godoy enjoys following USC sports especially USC football. During the off-season you can find Dr. Godoy Kayak fishing or enjoying time with his beautiful wife and 2 daughters.

Dr Greg was born and raised in a small town in Wyoming where his father was a dentist. He attended the University of Wyoming where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology. He then attended Creighton University School of Dentistry in Omaha Nebraska. In 1990, after dental school, he and his family moved to Las Vegas to make it their home. Dr. Greg has been around dentistry all of his life and is fortunate to be able to work along side his brother and nephew. They also have another dentist brother, Scott P Welch DDS, that took over their fathers dental practice in Wyoming.
Dr. Greg enjoys the opportunity to be a dentist and help people with their dental needs. Taking care of people in a comfortable setting, treating patients the way we would all like to be treated.
Over the years Dr. Greg has continued his education with courses that allow him to be more versatile with the treatment and care of patients. He is IV certified for conscious sedation, allowing patients to sleep through their appointments. He also enjoys the amazing advancements in dental technology that make procedures easier and more comfortable for patients.
Dr. Greg is a member of the ADA, NDA, SNDA. He is also a member of the honorary dental organization, The Pierre Fauchard Academy.
Dr. Greg and his wife Wendy are blessed to have 5 children and 3 beautiful grandchildren, all living close in the Las Vegas Valley.

Dr. Brad received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Creighton University in Omaha NE and attended Brigham Young University and the University of Wyoming prior to moving to Omaha.
Dr. Brad’s dad Scott M Welch was a dentist and had a great love for helping people and the profession of dentistry, this obviously rubbed off since three of his sons and one grandson have followed in the dental tradition.
Dr. Brad and his wife Cindy have seven children and 13 grandchildren and enjoy spending time with family.
Having grown up in Wyoming Dr. Brad returned to his home state and began his dental career in Cody WY. Practicing there until 1997 relocating to Las Vegas to practice with his brother Greg. They Opened Sunstone Dental Care in 1998 eventually selling Sunstone Dental. Finding they enjoyed private practice better than corporate dentistry they separated from Sunstone in 2016.
Dr. Brad enjoys working with his son, Jon, and brother, Greg, at Welch Dentistry.
Dr. Brad enjoys all aspects of dentistry especially implants and sedation. Having received advanced training utilizing IV sedation at USC with Dr. Stanley Malamed in 2010. This allows many people who are fearful and have avoided going to the dentist for years to be treated safely and comfortably.
Dr. McNinch

Dr. McNinch was raised here in Henderson, NV. Following his graduation from Green Valley High School, he served as a missionary in Dallas, TX. Dr. McNinch returned home after serving two years in the Dallas area and started his undergraduate education at the College of Southern Nevada. A year later, Dr. McNinch married his wife, Rachel. He transferred to and graduated from the University of Nevada Las Vegas receiving his Bachelor of Science in Biology. Dr. McNinch then attended the UNLV School of Dental Medicine where he graduated Cum Laude with his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree.
Dr. McNinch continues his education today attending courses and staying current with dental literature and technology. Dr. McNinch believes in a practice that feels like family. He has a great love for dentistry and the patients within his care. In his time away from work, he enjoys spending time with his wife Rachel and their three children.
