Dr. William Gussow
Meet the dentist at Vegas Smiles!
Born and raised in Montreal, Canada, Dr. William Gussow graduated from the highly esteemed
McGill University. He developed a private general dentistry practice in one of the suburbs of
Montreal and after a decade, decided to move to California. San Diego was then home for another decade and this
time the private practice was Cosmetic Dentistry based.
Memberships in the ADA (American Dental Association) and the AACD (American
Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry Association) have enabled Dr. Bill to improve his skills as a cosmetic dental
surgeon. His ability to render comprehensive care, while being especially sensitive to the needs of phobic
patients, sets him apart from his colleagues. In 1998, he settled in growing Las Vegas and has a flourishing
cosmetic dentistry practice in the northwest part of the valley.
All of us here at Vegas Smiles would like to introduce you to our newest Team Member , Dr. Jaden Willard.
Dr. Willard was born and raised in Southern Utah and has decided to call Las Vegas his new home. He graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Neuroscience and went on to attend Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health . Since graduating dental school in 2019 he has been practicing general dentistry in New Mexico, where he has developed excellent skills in comprehensive dental care. He is excited to be joining Dr. Gussow to expand his knowledge and experience in an environment that has an honest and caring patient philosophy.
He enjoys the many aspects of dentistry and takes pride in providing a wide variety or procedures including cosmetic dentistry, implants, root canals, dentures, Invisalign, and same days crowns. He has a passion for learning and incorporating the latest technologies in digital dentistry. His goal is to help you feel comfortable when coming to the office and working together to develop a custom treatment plan to fit your individual needs as you are used to with Dr. Gussow and Vegas Smiles.
In his spare time, Dr. Willard enjoys the outdoors with his family , camping, dirt biking, fishing, and hunting. He also loves sports, especially watching college football or playing pickup basketball. Dr. Willard and his wife Tiffany have been married for 11 years and they have two beautiful children. They are excited to be joining Vegas Smiles.

JoLynn
JoLynn has been with the Vegas Smiles family for 19 years.
JoLynn graduated from the Dental Hygiene Program at CCSN in 1998. The eldest member of our Vegas Smiles Family, 14 years!
Dr. Bill calls her “The Gum Girl”. Jolynn is from Northern Nevada and is passionate about Crossfit!

As the Patient Relations coordinator, she can answer any questions you have about your insurance plan.
Crystal is a Las Vegas Native who has been with the Vegas Smiles Family for 14 years. She loves the outdoors and
traveling . She can help you coordinate your dental treatments, financial arrangements, and any questions you
have about your insurance plan.

Diana
Diana is from Southern California and has been with the Vegas Smiles Family for 15 years. She is Dr. Gussow’s right hand lady and specializes in Zoom teeth whitening. She makes sure everything In our office is taken care of and running smoothly. On her free time she loves traveling, going to concerts, and trying new foods
Administrator
Elizabeth is from California and has been in the dental field for 3 years . While working with us she is continuing her education in dentistry. On her free time she enjoys traveling, working out, and spending time with friends and family.
Hygiene Assistant
Jonelle is our newest team member and clinical assistant for Dr. Gussow. She has worked in Dentistry for over 2 years. She can help you answer any questions during treatment. Outside of work, Jonelle is busy with her 2 year old daughter. When she has free time show enjoys traveling, visiting museums, and doing arts and crafts.
